Personal data protection and privacy
This page explains what personal data ertentarim.com collects, why it is processed, how long it is kept and what rights you have.
01. Data controller
Erten Tarım Ürünleri Paz. Ltd. Şti. ("Erten Tarım") is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK").

02. Personal data processed
Contact form: your name or company name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. You fill these in yourself; you can also reach us by phone without using the form.
Technical records: your IP address and the time of submission are recorded to prevent misuse. Server access logs are kept by our hosting provider.
The site contains no visitor tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
03. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed only to assess your enquiry, provide a quotation and communicate with you.
Legal basis: KVKK art. 5/2-(c), being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and art. 5/2-(f), legitimate interest; together with the explicit consent you give via the checkbox on the form.
04. Retention period
Data submitted through the form is kept for a maximum of 2 years after the enquiry is closed; where a commercial relationship is established, the periods required by applicable legislation apply. At the end of the period the data is deleted or anonymised.
05. Transfers
Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It resides only on the servers of our hosting and email providers. It may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required.
06. Cookies
The site uses a single strictly necessary session cookie (PHPSESSID), created only on the contact page to secure the form (CSRF protection). No cookie is created on any other page.
This cookie is deleted when you close your browser, does not identify you and is not used for advertising. Strictly necessary cookies do not require explicit consent under KVKK.
The site sends no requests from your browser to third-party servers: fonts are self-hosted and there are no embedded maps or videos.
07. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that such action be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
08. How to apply
You may send requests concerning your rights by email to info@ertentarim.com or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
